Privacy Policy
Shelf Date respects your privacy. This page explains what information the app and website use, how it is handled, and how to contact us with questions.
Information you enter in the app
When you add items to Shelf Date, such as product names, expiry dates, categories, and notes, that information is stored locally on your device.

If you enable notifications, Shelf Date uses Apple’s notification system to remind you about expiring items.

Barcode lookups may use trusted product databases to retrieve item information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple.
